Summer Street Properties, LLC was founded by John Cramer in 2013. For over 25 years, Mr. Cramer worked for public and private real estate companies including holding the position of Managing Director of Asset Management for Winthrop Realty Trust, a NYSE publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw the performance of over $6 billion of commercia
Summer Street Properties, LLC was founded by John Cramer in 2013. For over 25 years, Mr. Cramer worked for public and private real estate companies including holding the position of Managing Director of Asset Management for Winthrop Realty Trust, a NYSE publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw the performance of over $6 billion of commercial real estate across the US and managed many strategic acquisition, disposition and securities transactions.
Mr. Cramer has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Bentley University and a MBA from Northeastern University. He is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Cramer enjoys spending time with his family and volunteer work for various town committees and the Boy Scouts.
